
NOTES TO POTENTIAL NEW CUSTOMER:
1.) PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST 1 WEEK FOR SET-UP PROCESS. MANY OF THESE ARE RECEIVED DAILY, AND TO ENSURE THAT WE DO NOT SET UP ANYONE IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO EXISTING CUSTOMERS, OR OTHER MASTER IMPORTERS CUSTOMERS, WE MUST DO OUR DUE DILIGENCE. FOR THIS REASON, WE ASK FOR YOUR PATIENCE DURING THE SET-UP PROCESS.
2.) IF TRADE REFERENCE SECTION IS NOT COMPLETELY FILLED OUT, YOU CAN EXPECT YOUR SET UP PROCESS TO BE DELAYED. THE MOST TIME CONSUMING PART OF A NEW SET-UP IS FOR US TO RECEIVE OUR CREDIT INQUIRIES FROM THE REFERENCES YOU HAVE PROVIDED. THE MORE THOROUGH THE APPLICATION, THE FASTER IT WILL BE PROCESSED.
3.) IF YOUR REFERENCES DO NOT RESPOND TO OUR FIRST INQUIRIES WITHIN (1) WEEK, WE WILL SEND A SECOND. IF THERE IS NO RESPONSE TO THE SECOND INQUIRY, WE WILL ASK THAT YOU CONTACT YOUR REFERENCE AND REQUEST A REPLY. AFTER FILLING OUT THE ON-LINE APPLICATION, YOU MAY EVEN WANT TO MAKE YOUR REFERENCES AWARE THAT WE WILL BE IN CONTACT SOON.
4.) IF YOUR REFERENCES DO NOT REPLY IN A TIMELY MANNER, CREDIT CARD OR C.O.D. TERMS CAN BE PROVIDED. THESE TERMS WILL BE USED UNTIL YOU (THE CUSTOMER) CAN PROVIDE NECESSARY REFERENCE INFORMATION THAT WE (BROOKING) WERE UNABLE TO OBTAIN.
